Rescue:

Pet Patrol was alerted to a mother cat who lived in the backyard of a young man’s grandmother
for at least three years. She wouldn’t come anywhere near the house initially, but eventually
came onto the deck for food. She was very timid but appreciated the food that was put
out for her daily. The sliding door was left open many times, with the intention and invitation for
her to come inside, but she always resisted until one day, finally, she relented. This was Tina,
and she was all white except for a gray smudge on top of her head. By this time she was
quite pregnant and retreated to the comfort of the finished basement to have her kittens, Tux,
Tiny, Tabs and Tony. Once the kittens reached a few weeks of age, it was decided by the
family for the cats to come into Pet Patrol care. Tina and her kittens now had everything that
they needed including a person who is willing to work with this semi social mom.

Personality:

Tux is the smallest of his litter, but do not let ?that fool you. He is FULL of energy; a little firecracker!
Once he is awake, he is going 110% all the time. He loves to run, jump and most of
all play. He will literally play with anything and everyone. Once you pick up a toy and give him
your attention, he will become your best friend. Tux gets along great with other cats within and
outside his litter. With proper introduction he would do well in a family with other pets and
children where he would get a lot of attention and playtime! He is ready to be adopted into his
forever home with a playmate or sibling. One that will welcome him into the family and keep
him safely indoors
