Rescue:
A couple who live in a suburban neighbourhood had heard a little kitten at their back door. She
was crying, it was a super cold winter night and the poor little thing just wanted inside. The
woman checked with neighbours to see if it belonged to them, then searched lost and found
postings, but there were none. At this point the kitten should have been brought indoors and
placed in a safe environment like a bathroom. The search for its owner or a cat rescue to take
it in could be continued then. Fast forward two years and the little cat is still outside, has given
birth to a litter of kittens in the summer, all of which disappeared or were rescued. She is
trusting of people to feed her but since she had not been touched since she was a baby and
was not sure about it anymore. A humane trap was needed to bring her into safety. Now in Pet
Patrol care we have helped her along the way to being friendly and petable. no more loneliness,
no more roaming the streets and no more cold nights.
Personality:
Senesa is a calm and sweet girl who is content to curl up in a cozy spot by the window and
enjoy the view. She may be quite shy at first, but yummy canned food will quickly win her over.
She also loves pets so much that she purrs and drools whenever she’s given them! She is a
gentle player and anything with catnip is sure to make her happy. She is best in a quiet home
with one or two people, where it is calm and easy going. She is not a fan of a lot of noise or
activity. Senesa will bring plenty of joy and love to her forever home. One that will welcome
her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
