Rescue:
Pet Patrol received a message from a smaller cat rescue organization that we work closely
with. They often have a large intake as spay and neuter costs for cats with the rural vets
is quite hefty, so the over population is always out of control. Many cats are brought into
our care when the smaller rescues fill up. For Annie, she was quickly rescued because she
was found in a house. Not the normal situation where the cats outnumbered the people,
but literally left in the mud room of a country home. Someone had popped her in there
before the man living there had woken up. Lucky for Annie but a little unnerving for the
man living there. Annie was very affectionate and appreciative to be found, and soon
came to Pet Patrol to find her forever home.
Personality:
Annie is adorable and has a pretty coat of peach, grey and white colours. She is a very
sweet and gentle cat and so deserving of a loving and attentive home. She is cuddly and
affectionate, loves to be pet, held and talked to. She is not a chatter box herself, but rather
a quiet kitty who just adores her people. Annie is enjoying her stay at the sanctuary, the
toys, the playroom, the people and seems to be fine with other cats. She is not shy in
anyway and receptive to any changes or visitors. Annie is ready to be adopted into her
forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
