Rescue:

Mika and another kitty came in to Pet Patrol after a very sad situation. They were both
adopted off of an Internet buy and sell site as tiny kittens. This site has kittens and cats for
free and can be given away to anyone. Unfortunately advertised as unwanted cats, Mika
was brought into a home when she was just eight weeks old and the other one was only five
weeks old. Too young to be taken away from Mommy. Their owner loved them, and cared
for them and was respectful, but unfortunately passed away suddenly and the family was
unable to care for the cats. It was a struggle for them to cope with the loss of their son and
brother and to sort through his home to have it ready for sale. Mika was heavily pregnant at
the time and within a few weeks had a litter of six kittens. They are now all weaned and
adopted into their forever homes. The house mate kitty that lived with Mika has also been
adopted. Mika is deserving of a loving and dependable home.

Personality:

Mika is a lovely cat. She is not shy about showing affection and attention to people, and is
outgoing and loving. As a playful and silly cat at times, she has taken an interest in toys and
those that she can be interactive with her care givers. Wand toys and the laser pen light are
a favourite, but catnip tops them all. Mika really makes herself known and will greet new
people as they come in the door, is very affectionate and cuddly. This pretty kitty is ready
to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep
her safely indoors
