Rescue:

Jacoba and some other kittens had a pretty rough start to their life. They were found in a
cardboard box, behind a store, near a cultural community. It is a lucky thing that the person
who found them was a cat lover, and recognized the tiny mews as a call for help. Originally
it was thought to be the chirping of birds, but when the person stopped to listen more she
knew there were frightened kittens somewhere. The box was not out in the open, she had
to search for it, but once opened she found lovely kittens inside and one of them was
Jacoba. They were all adorable. Calls were put out to local rescue organizations and then
finally to vet clinics. The kittens were all delivered to a clinic and in short order they found
homes for three and Jacoba and three others came to Pet Patrol. They have all thrived in
our experienced foster home and are now ready for their forever home

Personality:

Jacoba has come a long way while in Pet Patrol care and is ready to find a family with his
foster sister Orillia. The two are inseparable and play together all the time. They have
developed wonderful games of Tag and Hide & Seek. At first Jacoba did not know what to
do with toys, but it didn’t take him long to catch on and the fun began. He loves to chase
after plastic springs, toy mice and especially Orillia, running with tail high and a cute kitten
smile on his face as she chases him. They are lovely and affectionate cats who appreciate
the new life living indoors and the people who care for them. Jacoba is ready to be adopted
into his forever home. One that will welcome him with his BFF and keep them safely indoors.
