Rescue:

Mallory is a smoky grey and white fuzzy cat. She was in terrible shape when she was first
rescued and it took a very long time to help her regain her health. But that is all behind her
now and she is very outgoing and friendly. Mallory comes as soon as you arrive home and
wants her treats and wants her pets. She can be picked up fairly easily and will readily jump
up on your lap. She is a huge cuddle bug. She came from a colony north of the city and the
lady was working hard at gathering up the cats on the property and trying to place them.
The woman loved the cats and fed them, but the quality of food was poor and attributed to the
health issues of the cats. She herself was becoming ill and less independent and was afraid
that she would not be able to look after the cats any longer. She reached out to Pet Patrol
to help place the cats. Over the last year we have received many cats from her who are all
friendly and loving.

Personality:

Mallory is a small, sweet, quiet cat, destined to be an affectionate companion. She’ll greet
you at the door, play with you (sometimes fetch), and ask you to pet her soft fur and give
her cuddles. She is becoming a lap cat, but slightly prefers to be held. She is very curious
and brave, choosing to closely investigate strange creatures like running vacuum cleaners.
She is bright and sparky and very enthusiastic – especially when it’s time for her dinner. She
learns quickly and is easily dissuaded from bad habits (like 4:00 a.m. wake up calls). This
little beauty will charm her way into your life with her loud purr and endearing ways. Mallory
is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and
keep her safely indoors
