Rescue:

From his rescuer: Koda showed up on my trail cam in the middle of the night. One Sunday
night my husband and I could hear a cat meowing but we couldn’t see it and it wasn’t coming
out from hiding. Probably because of my dog. The neighbours behind us also heard a cat
meowing but couldn’t locate it. We spotted him on the camera eating at my feeding station
along with all the other wild critters. He was all black and almost invisible in the darkness.
By now named Koda, he ran into one neighbour’s house the night of a big storm. He was
frightened and they allowed him to stay for the night. Since I volunteer at a cat rescue, I
was told about him the next day. They asked if I knew where he belonged or if I had seen
him before. I felt he was either a stray or was abandoned. He was not neutered and did not
have a microchip. Pet Patrol took him into their care and he has proven to be a loving,
friendly and playful boy.

Personality:

Koda is such a sweet cat. When he went to his foster home, he easily made himself at
home and quickly adjusted to his foster family. Koda gets along well with other cats and is
friendly with young children. He enjoys relaxing by windows and sitting next to the computer
to keep you company. This handsome long and lean boy likes to play with wand toys and he
will ask for a lot of petting. He is very affectionate and good natured. Koda would be a
perfect addition to any family! He is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that
will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
