Rescue:

Three little kittens were born in a nest made from dried grass by their mother. Her name is
Scarlett and she is about one-year-old. Unfortunately, she’s feral, meaning that she’s never
had the opportunity to be pet and handled by people. She was very frightened by human
activity but when her kittens reached a certain age, ready to eat, she brought them to one
lady’s back porch. The woman recognized that the kittens needed to be touched and handled
as soon as possible. The kittens (Ruby, Rainbow and Rosie) were rescued without
difficulty. She set down a cat carrier with a nice bed inside and they walked right in to have
an afternoon nap. She closed the door and brought them to Pet Patrol. Scarlet is next on
the list to be rescued.

Personality:

Although timid at first with people, being in a new environment and being pet, the kittens
have proved that they are very sweet tempered and affectionate. They are playful and like
to romp around and have been having a great time playing with the new toys. They had
never seen the likes of a kitty tunnel, wand toys and balls with bells in them. It’s been very
exciting for them. Ruby, Rosie and Ribbon are sweet kittens, adorable and ready to be
adopted into their new homes. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them
safely indoors.
