Rescue:
When Pet Patrol took Chester into the vet, shortly after he was neutered, we did not know if
he was neutered or not and surprise, surprise, he was. This sweet boy was found living
underneath a gazebo, in the middle of town, and resided there all winter long. A lady, well
into her 80’s, was already feeding three other street cats in that location and Chester was
welcomed into the colony. He had a few buddies to keep him warm at night. Seeing that
there were now more cats to care for, and one had given birth to a litter of kittens, she
reached out to Pet Patrol for help. She didn’t want something to happen to her suddenly,
where she could not look after them, and the cats be abandoned a second time. Chester was
brought into Pet Patrol care, and the other cats have been rescued as well.
Personality:
Described as super crazy friendly, Chester is everyone’s friend and everyone is attracted to
him. How could he be left on the street with such a loving personality? He has made himself
right at home with his foster family, and is content to be inside again. A soft bed, comfy couch,
view from the safety of the window sill and people to love him have made him a very happy
cat. He is playful, curious and good company. Chester is ready to be adopted into his forever
home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors
