ADOPTION PROFILE

Timothy

Rescue:

A family had just moved into their new house in December and were busy putting things
away and making it their own. They had a lot of boxes stored in the garage until they could
organize the furniture and finally put everything away. One day when the woman opened
the door from the house into the garage she caught a glimpse of a little cat scooting across the
floor. It disappeared behind a stake of chairs and a few suitcases. Startled, the woman
wondered where the cat came from, then realized she had squeezing underneath the mostly
closed garage door. Eventually they heard the mews of tiny kittens and saw Cricket scramble
up the shelves to a small hole in the ceiling. She had given birth to a litter of kittens up
there (Timothy, Tetley, Taro and Tiny). Once the babies reached six weeks of age, they
were found running around the garage having fun, and that is when the couple began feeding
them. A few weeks later they brought Cricket into Pet Patrol care and the kittens a little
while later. All are safe and sound now.

Personality:

Timothy is a pretty cute little guy who loves to play with toys, with furniture, with his brother.
He can find fun in anything. He is a busy boy and is eager for pets but is also at the kitten
stage where it is all about exploring and finding interesting things. Timothy is affectionate
and gentle. He can be found observing the resident cats and dog of the house. He is comfortable
with the cats, but cautious of the pup. Timothy is bonded with his brother Tetley
who has helped him gain confidence. They will call out to each other, sounding like tiny
raptors with their high-pitched trills. The boys are ready to be adopted into their forever
home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
