Rescue:

Mental health issues are always a struggle, for the individual suffering from it, and the family
who supports them. Making sure the proper care is in place and living conditions are appropriate
can be an ongoing concern . One man, with the support of his mother and uncle was
being saved from becoming homeless. His relationship with his partner had ended, and he
had moved out of the family home to the little shanty he had up north. It was suitable for
living in the summer but not in the winter. The family was thinking ahead about where he
would move to in the fall because at this point he had 11 cats and two dogs. The four little
kittens (Nina, Nugget, Ninja and Nikki) were part of this little feline family and a number of
family members offered to adopt the adult cats, and he was able to keep the two dogs with
him. The family felt it was best to adopt out the kittens now, while they are young and before
they themselves start to breed. That is when they reached out to Pet Patrol.

Personality:

Nikki is an adventurous kitten whose fearless attitude and playful spirit gets her into all sorts
of mischief! She loves to play and wrestle with her siblings in the kitten tent! She must be
part of the WWF (World Wrestling Felines) She is playful but also very loving and is great
with younger kids and likes to be held. Much like her sister she has a loud purr and likes to
cuddle! Nikki will be a great addition to any family! She is ready to be adopted into her
forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors
