Rescue:
When Olivia was found it seemed like she was someone’s owned cat. An indoor/outdoor
cat perhaps who was out for a stroll. She was friendly and affectionate and she came right
up to people. She was also wearing a collar. But then neighbours were commenting how
she was outside at all hours of the day and night, and in all weather. She seemed pretty
healthy, had good weight on her, but many people were feeding her as well. Olivia was lost
it seemed. One kind lady took this little cat into her home and was considering keeping her if
no owner was found. But Olivia was terrified of the dog. When she came into Pet Patrol
care she had already been checked for a microchip, there was none and she was not
spayed either. Where did Olivia come from? Being unsuccessful in finding her first family,
Olivia is now ready to be adopted.
Personality:
Olivia is a smaller female cat, slim and elegant in her stature. She would probably be happiest
as an only cat as she doesn’t seem to know how to relate to the other cats in the sanctuary.
We are not sure if she has lived with dogs before or not. She likes her toys and
catnip of course, and will sleep with her head tucked into her paws. Olivia enjoys watching
the birds outside from the window sill, and basking in the warmth of the sun
