Pet Patrol received an email from the local shelter. They had two little kittens there, one brown tabby and one orange boy (Peanut), who were very shy, and were not sure about people. They had been born on the street, and since they were a bit older, it was going to take time to socialize them and help them understand what people can do for them. Which is lots of love and comfort. They both initially went to another organization where it became apparent that the two kitten were leaning on each other quite a lot, and therefore did not need people. This is where the decision was made to separate the kittens, temporarily, to help them progress and make them family friendly kittens. It has worked and now peanut is ready to show his true loving and gentle personality to people.

Peanut is a kitty that likes to be pet, doesn’t mind being picked up and is just a nice little guy. He is playful and active, likes to be up high and look out onto the room, watching the activities like the king of the castle. Initially he can be a bit reserved, but in a short period of time, with lots of cuddles and reassurance, he will become part of the household and family. Peanut has changed from a very timid and frightened little cat to a handsome teen who appreciates people and all they do for him. He has a deep and loud purr. Peanut is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
