Rescue
This pretty little cat showed up on the back deck of a home in a subdivision. She had two other kitties that she hung around with, but for some reason they disappeared. This subdivision is not that far from the edge of town, overlooking country fields, and it is not uncommon for fox and coyote to look for prey amongst the houses. Their number one choice of food is cats as they are easy targets. The poor kitty is not expecting a wild animal to be bearing down on them, intent on making them their main meal of the day. It is so important for cats to be kept as strictly indoor pets, because neighbors are not as accepting these days, traffic is faster and heavier, and they cats can quickly become prey. Not only to the four legged kind of wild animal, but also to hawks as well. Keep your kitty indoors. Perhaps if that had happened then little Ilsa would not have been lost and scrounging around for food herself.
Personality
Ilsa is a small little cat with pretty brown tabby markings against her crisp white muzzle and bib. She is unassuming with a very sweet personality. She has learned that life is not as serious as before, since she was in survival mode while living on the street. Ilsa is gentle natured and good with other cats, often cuddled up to them in the kitty bed. She is affectionate and likes to be petted, have her back massaged and head scratched. Ilsa is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that is easy going and understanding and where she will be welcomed as part of the family and kept safely indoors. She is so deserving of a good life.
