Rescue:

Little Amaya and her brother Armani were found on a country property that has a long
laneway leading to the house. The woman and her partner who live there have found a
few cats suddenly wandering their property, which does not get the usual tom cats coming
from neighbouring farms, as they are just too far away. In the late spring Wilomina showed
up and promptly had five kittens, which the couple cared for and treated them all well. But
when the woman called Pet Patrol, she explained that Wilomina now had a second litter of
kittens and she could not look after all of them. This was little Amaya and Armani. She
had over fifteen animals to care for and was not able to retire because she needed to feed
and care for them. She loves them all and it was quite difficult for her to come to the realization that they needed to find homes and live a life safely indoors and not in the barn.
Amaya had an eye issue that needed a lot of special medication, but she has overcome
that successfully and both kittens have thrived in their foster home.

Personality:

Armani and Amaya are a bonded pair, brother and sister. They both are super playful and
curious. Armani is fearless, adventurous and will create games to play with his sister including Hide and Seek and Indy 500. He will bat his toys around the house and swat and
leap at his favorite wand toy! Once he gets tuckered out Armani is ready for some love and
lots of cuddles. Amaya is a very sweet little girl. She is just as active and fun loving as her
brother but she also loves to cuddle up with you for a nap and give you lots of kisses. You’ll
never have to wonder where Amaya is as she follows you around waiting for her next
chance to get some attention! These kittens are ready to be adopted into their forever
home together. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors
