A young family living on a rural property one day noticed little kittens running around their yard. The kittens were crawling under a fence and under a nearby shed to find shelter. They were alone; without an adult cat to care for them. Being a cat lover, the woman enticed them into the workshop and provided them with cat beds, warmth, food and fresh water. The kittens, although shy when they first arrived, soon adapted to their new environment and happily accepted petting and being gently picked up. The family really enjoyed raising the kittens, Ace, Archie, Bennett, Bailly, Buffy and Bandit. Watching them change from frightened little waifs to happy and well adjusted young cats. But the time had come to find homes for them, and feeling they were ready for adoption, the woman contacted Pet Patrol. Soon after she offered to continue fostering the cats inside the house now, until they are adopted.

Ace and Archie are brothers and very attached to each other. They were quite skittish when they first arrived in our care, but have improved greatly. With love and attention they are now friendly and affectionate little cats with their caregivers and gentle visitors. Ace loves to be pet, have a good scratch behind the ears and will rub up against your legs for attention. Archie becomes your best friend when treats are involved. Both have been exposed to children of different ages but Archie can be startled by high pitched voices. Both Ace and Archie are ready to be adopted into their forever home together. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
