Rescue:

Zhou Zhou and another cat were owned by an elderly man who had a close family. The
cats grew up in his care, were happy and he was kind and generous with his affection for
them. What happens though, when young cats are given to people who have long since
retired, is the cats out live their owners. It is lucky for the cat if family step up and take in
grandpa’s cat as their own, but unfortunately that does not always happen. In the case of
Zhou Zhou one grandson took the cats into his home temporarily. Never having owned a cat
he was not sure, beyond the usual feeding and litter box, what to expect, but he was trying.
He has asked Pet Patrol to help rehome the cats together but once in a foster home it was
apparent that the two boys didn’t necessarily get along.

Personality:

Zhou Zhou is handsome, gentle and affectionate. He prefers to being up high on things and
check out what is going on in the house from a birds eye view. He likes his kitty climber the
best. He is playful and fun loving, liking toys that dangle from a wand and chasing balls that
bounce. ZhouZhou might may be a bit timid in his new home, in the beginning, but that is
probably from living in such a quiet home before. It doesn’t take long for his curiosity to
take over and he just has to see who the visitors are and make himself known. Zhou Zhou is
a lovely cat who is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him
into the family and keep him safely indoors
