Pretty little Mopsey was found hanging around someone’s garage, on the edge of town in an old subdivision. The owners of the property had no idea where she came from. When found she was very, very cold, thin, scruffy and malnourished. Even though her medium long hair made her look like she had good weight on her, underneath she was just skin and bones. When her rescuer brushed her out she had a huge pile of dry and matted hair afterwards. Mopsey had been holding on for dear life in regards to her health while she was on the streets, and soon after coming into care she took very ill. She became dehydrated and had to get medical care to bring her health back up. At the time the vet only gave her a 50-50 chance. With the excellent care of her rescuer, she regained her health and has thrived ever since. This just shows how hard it is for these wee cats to live on the street. She’s done well in her rescue home with the friendly dogs and the other rescue cats.

Mopsey is a very friendly and affectionate cat. She shows the love every single day. She is so happy to be rescued and looked after and have a carefree life. She’s very appreciative, playful and active in her rescue home. She’s good company with the other cats, the foster caregivers, and has made her self very much at home. She is content to be indoors and living the good life. This pretty little cat is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely in doors.
