Pet Patrol received a call from someone who had two cats in her care and needed to rehome them asap, it was Selma and her momma Bella. They were brought home by her daughter one day, without asking permission. It was quite a surprise to the mother. The cats initially were started off in the daughters bedroom, but it ended up they had to stay in that room all the time. The family owned two dogs that were very intent on getting at the cats and everyone was on alert to keep the cats safe. Once in Pet Patrol care we found they were microchipped and with further inquiry we found their first home was their rescuer. She had found Selma and Bella under a back porch and provided a foster home for them. The woman also had two dogs that were not compatible with the cats and through advertising she adopted the two cats to a man who lived with a friend. We are not exactly sure how they went from living with this man to being taken into the care with the mother and daughter but through all the changes, Selma and Bella have remained bonded to each other.

Selma is a little bit reserved but she is very friendly, affectionate and playful. She does tend to follow the lead of her mother and is very bonded to her. Bella is a very outgoing and friendly cat who is great with people of all ages, and instantly makes herself at home. It is Pet Patrol‘s wish to keep the two of them together. Both cats are adorable, gentle natured, calm and playful. They love their people are good company and make themselves at home. Both Selma and Bella are ready to be adopted into their forever home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
