Rescue
Pet Patrol became aware of Charlotte and the serious situation in which she was living when a call was received from a Veterinarian. A woman, one of his clients, is a severe hoarder and her home has an extraordinary amount of clutter and cats, which has built up over time. She admitted that she had 35 cats and fourteen kittens living in her home with her. It is a confined space, extremely unclean and an unhealthy environment for all. Charlotte lived with the constant smell of urine and feces, as well as dust and mould issues. The woman was employed and provided the cats with premium cat food, however she was unable to have them spayed or neutered. Subsequently, because of the deterioration of the rental property, she has been evicted from her home and with the help of the Veterinarian, Pet Patrol and other cat rescue organizations we are bringing the cats into our care for adoption.

Personality
Charlotte is a very loving and social little kitty when she settles into a new environment. She can be a bit shy to start with, but is very curious as well. She likes to be where you are all the time, even if you are at the table or going into the bathroom for a shower, she is right there with you. She likes to watch you type on the computer and follow the curser where ever it goes. Toys are exciting to her, as there were not many in her old home, and she loves to run and play and chase them around. She is good with other passive and affectionate cats. Charlotte is ready to be adopted into a forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
