Rescue:

Ruby was spotted on the side of the road. Initially people thought it was just her, alone, and
no one cared. But one kind soul stopped to make sure she was ok and discovered four little
kittens in the ditch. They were a little scuffed up and it is thought that they were dumped
out of a car. One kitten did not survive. Immediately the person took them into her car and
then to her home. They were safe in her spare bedroom until a rescue organization could
be found. Once notified, the woman offered to foster the little feline family for a few
weeks so they could regain their health and heal their bruises and scrapes. Ruby was
outstandingly friendly and affectionate and so were all her kittens

Personality:

Ruby is described as super, super friendly. She made herself at home with her rescue
mom, and is just as comfortable in the sanctuary with the other cats there. She has met
children of all ages and other cats and is good with them all. Not sure about dogs, but
would think she would adjust with a slow integration. Enjoying her freedom after caring for
kittens, Ruby is playful, active and agile. She likes to be out and about with everyone and
seeing what is going on. She loves her people and is ready to be adopted into her forever
home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
