There is a very kind woman who lives in a small village off the highway. She has, for years, been
working on controlling the cat colony that migrates to her property from the neighbour’s horse
farm. It is located kitty corner to her back lot and from an opening in the tree line you can see
about five acres of abandoned trailers, skids of wood, sheds and dumpsters. Beyond that is the
single story barn where the cats house themselves in the winter months. During the summer, they
can be found in and amongst the metal clutter trying finding shelter from the heat and humidity.
Initially very few of the cats had been spayed or neutered, the cats would naturally become pregnant and the colony become larger. Over the past ten years she has had more than forty cats
altered; as her small community is not involved with controlling the over population of cats on their
properties, including Camilla, Corsaro, Carina, Chico and Carlo.

Carlo and Corsaro are friendly and curious brothers who love to play and explore! They both like
to be a part of family life, and enjoy being with children. These kittens always want to play – their
favourite toys are wand toys, and it is a lot of fun to see their impressive jumps! When playtime is
over, they will find a lap to cuddle on or will find a cozy spot on the cat tree. It is easy to get them
purring and their loud, rumbling purrs make them extra sweet to cuddle! Carlo and Corsaro are
ready to be adopted into their forever home together. One that will welcome them into the family
and keep them safely indoors.
